But somehow, the Turkish branch of MIUI is receiving the update before the global users.

It bears a software designation, MIUI 12.0.2.0 QJZTRXM, and surprisingly weighs in at 83MB according to the screenshot posted on MIUI 12 official, a telegram group. However, you should expect a bigger sized update if you haven’t downloaded the MIUI 12 update for the first time.
Of course, it comes along with all the features of MIUI 12, which include Dark Mode, Floating Windows, Revamped System UI, New System Animation, New Control Center, and Super Wallpaper ( needs manual activation).
