Google is now rolling out Android 13 beta 4.1 a few weeks after the previous release. The company looks to resolve issues from the last rollout as they plan to release the consumer version in the coming weeks.
The latest Android 13 beta 4.1 is a minor upgrade to resolve reported issues. Google is seeding the update to eligible Pixel users (beta testers) with a build number – TPB4.220624.008, and it weighs 3.72 to 9.72MB depending on the carrier.

As usual, the rollout is OTA bound, meaning it will take time to arrive on all eligible phones. However, you can decide to install manually using the factory image downloadable from the source link.
Bugs fixed with the Android 13 beta 4.1
- Fixed an issue that prevented an app from enabling or disabling Bluetooth if it didn’t have the BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission, even though the app was targeting an API level where the permission is not required. (Issue #232107689)
