Still in the season of Android 13, developers have started uncovering ways to get the sweet Android 13 to older devices. You can now download Android 13 custom ROM on the OnePlus 5 and 5T as well as the Moto G60 and G40 Fusion.
After the Big G rolled out the official stable Android 13 to a few Google Pixel smartphones, the Android 13’s source code was also uploaded to the AOSP. What does this mean? Some phones can download Android 13 custom ROM, although it isn’t official. The earlier mentioned OnePlus and Motorola phones can now access this software, quite interesting.

A senior member at the XDA provided the custom ROM for the Moto G60 and G40 Fusion with codename hanoip. OnePlus 5 and 5T Android 13 custom ROM

It is worth noting that the vanilla AOSP ROM isn’t interfering with the AOSP codebase so you can get upgradable Android builds on these two smartphones.
Already enforcing SELinux, the Android custom ROM provided by our sources is stable.
