After the release in Europe and for global users, Xiaomi is currently rolling out the Android 13-based MIUI 14 update for the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge in India. It’s a limited rollout to allow time for Mi Pilot members to preview the build before it’s released for everyone.
More Xiaomi phones have been picking up Android 13 with a stable MIUI 14 update since the official release in December 2022. As expected, the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge Android 13 update is now rolling out. It’s the same device as the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, which has already received the much-anticipated upgrade in Europe and globally.
The Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge Android 13 update is seeding with a version number MIUI 14.0.1.0 TKTINXM and weighs 3.7GB. It brings a stable MIUI based on Android 13, January 2022 security patch, advanced search in settings, optimizations, and bug fixes.
Also, there has been an introduction of a photon engine, a new widget format, a super icon, and more. You’ll notice some UI tweaks after the upgrade, particularly with the dialogue box and unlock pattern.
