Global Xiaomi 12 Pro Android 14 HyperOS update is now available for Global users. The rollout is limited to a few users for preview, but we hope to see more people start getting the update in the coming days.
Xiaomi 12 Pro debuted in 2021 running Android 12 on top of MIUI 13. Last year, it was upgraded to Android 13 with MIUI 14, and is now receiving Android 14 with HyperOS. The device will probably receive Android 15, which Google has released the first Developer preview.
Meanwhile, the Global Xiaomi 12 Pro Android 14 HyperOS update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.1.0.ULBMIXM. Arriving with the update are all the expected features, which include new system fonts and Homescreen icons. Redesigned Weather app and control center, a new animation language, a new multi-rendering technology, and more.
Aside from introducing new features, the update bumps the Android security patch level to February 2024 to increase system security and stability, while the Android OS is on 14. You can check the full changelog below.
