Xiaomi is now rolling out the stable Android 13-based MIUI 13 update to its latest flagship phones. The deployment is currently exclusive to China and the Pro model. Although it’s a stable beta release, we expect a wider rollout in the coming days.

As expected, the Xiaomi 12 Pro stable Android 13 update is now rolling out. The update is currently available for the Chinese ROM users, with a version number MIUI 13.2.4.0 TLBCNXM. It weighs about 5.4GB and comes with a stable MIUI based on Android 13 and October 2022 security patch, according to the changelog.

Perhaps, the update has increased system security and stability, but there’s a warning. According to Xiaomi, the build isn’t yet compatible with all apps, hence, you might experience some glitches. It’s recommended to back up your data before installation.

Nevertheless, we expect the update to bring along some features of Android 13, which the company has been testing for months now. You can check for the complete Android 13 features here.

If you’re running the Chinese ROM, you can check the updater app for the new update. We expect the rollout to start globally in the coming days. To know when the update becomes available, you should follow us on Telegram.
