Compared to the Xiaomi 11 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro has seen a big upgrade in design. The device is neatly built by employing glass and high-quality craftsmanship to achieve a sturdy build. At the back is a rectangular camera that houses the triple camera sensor and the LED flash. The front panel has a curved display, and it’s surrounded by a thin bezel, while there’s a centered hole for the front camera sensor. Under the panel is an optical fingerprint reader. At the frame is the volume rocker and power button, and as expected, there’s no 3.5mm headphone jack. The USB-C port sits close to the speaker grill at the button, with the second speaker is close to the IR Blaster. The device is available in Gray, Blue, Purple, and Green.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro uses an LTPO AMOLED display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. Interestingly, the panel supports a variable refresh rate and can operate at 1Hz. Also, the device supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and can reach 1500 nits of brightness. With all that, and coupled with Adreno 730 GPU, there will be an accurate representation of colors and details. For protection, the device uses a Corning Gorilla Glass Vitus.

Powering the Xiaomi 12 Pro is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Octa-Core processor. The 4nm processor has a single prime core clocking at 3.0GHz and coupled with up to 12GB RAM, you would get a peak and smooth performance always. Also, with the improvement made on MIUI 13, which is pre-installed on the device, you will get a smooth experience scrolling with the device.

The device supports reverse charging at 10W, which would be enough to charge your wearable in a reasonable time.
