Meanwhile, there’s a debate concerning the eligibility of global phones for the update. And while Xiaomi didn’t present it globally, perhaps not yet, the build will arrive on global models. The reason is simple – MIUI 12.5 Enhanced is only an improved version of MIUI 12.5 and not a new iteration of MIUI. That’s probably, why it didn’t include any physical features. Again, before the announcement on August 10, Xiaomi already deployed the build to some devices, and hence, It’s a regular MIUI build, and most times, they arrive for Chinese users first. Hence, the global users will also receive the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5, probably next month.

And while waiting for the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5, it is recommended that you download and install the new stable MIUI update for Mi 10T and 10T Pro. The build is available for the European variants, and it has a version number – MIUI 12.5.5.0 RJDEUXM. It weighs in at 361MB. Coming along with the update is the August security patch to increase system security and stability. The update has also fixed bugs, improved performance, and fortified the device ahead of future upgrades.
