The Chinese version of Xiaomi phones are first to get updates and is evident this time as Android 10 for Redmi Note 8 Pro starts arriving for Chinese Beta Stable ROM users.
The new update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.2.0 QGGCNXM and is arriving over the air (OTA). Currently, it’s the Chinese version of the device running the Global Beta Stable ROM getting the update. Public users will get the update after a successful preview of the Beta.

The news about the Android 10 for Redmi Note 8 Pro came from a super moderator in the Xiaomi community forum, Feds64. According to him, the update is arriving for Random users, and unfortunately, he didn’t reveal other changes coming along with the update.
