Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV coming soon
Since the dawn of the Android 13 at the I/O, we’ve been seeing some interesting tweaks plus how leading phone brands combine their software with the Android 13 to produce something amazing. Speaking of likes of OneUI 5, and OxygenOS 13, among many others. Well, better late than never, the Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV will be coming in soon.
Expectations on the Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV
As said earlier -“better late than never” – the season of the Android 13 is gradually coming to an end as the Big G has kick-started the Android 13 QPR1 Beta, after which we’ll be getting the Android 14– probably by Q2 2023. But before then, it seems the Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV will be arriving.
Currently, we don’t have many details on the Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV nor do we have that of the Xperia 5 IV. However, they should be getting the features we’ve seen from Android 13 on other smartphones.
These flagships should be getting a revamped Material You, better optimization, bug fixes, enhanced customization and personalization among other features present in the Android 13.
As mentioned earlier, we don’t have a detailed changelog of the Android 13 update for Sony Xperia 1 IV and Xperia 5 IV but you can navigate to your Settings, Software Updates and check out if Sony left a prompt there – after which you can download and install when available.
