I mean, most of its smartphones have gotten the stable Android 13-based OneUI 5. But Samsung has got something better. The brand says that the Android 14 rollout will be faster.
Usually, we have seasonal rollouts of Android OS upgrades with various OEMs rolling out the software in combination with theirs(speaking of the OnePlus OxygenOS 13, OPPO ColorOS 13, and Xiaomi’s MIUI 13 and 14 among many others). Samsung brags that the rollout of the Android 13 update to Galaxy smartphones was fast second only to Google(Google’s stable update landed on the Pixels in August and Samsung began the stable release in October).

This is similar to the iOS, Apple being the makers of the iOS, rolling out the software to iPhones in time. Not only was Samsung fast with the Android 13, but the update also reached a vast majority of Galaxy smartphones – S22, S21, S20, A-series, Tab S8, some M-series and more to come before the end of the year.
Now, the Android 14 rollout will be faster and probably will be rolled out to a majority of Galaxy smartphones as well.

So Android 14 rollout will be faster, yes, but even with better features and tweaks. Meanwhile, you have to commend Samsung when it comes to OS upgrades getting to Galaxy smartphones. While some Pixels and Galaxies get 5 years of security patches, most Galaxy smartphones will be getting 4 years of OS upgrades compared to three on just Pixel 6 and Pixel 7.
