Xiaomi 11T Pro users are reporting an issue with Android Auto. The problem started after a recent HyperOS update and affects only a particular region. We expect a fix soon, as the company has acknowledged the bug and promised a fix.
Android Auto is known for having connection issues, but it seems the latest issue is a result of the recent update released for Xiaomi 11T Pro users. The bug is exclusive to those in Europe running OS1.0.1.0.UKDEUXM.
According to a report, Android Auto can’t connect to the Xiaomi 11T Pro running the above build. The issue affects only European users, as no other region is reporting it. Xiaomi has acknowledged the bug and promised to address it with a new build.
Unfortunately, the company is yet to start rolling out the update, which will arrive with a version number OS1.0.2.0.UKDEUXM. It looks like the problem is part of the issues reported after the initial HyperOS upgrade. Hopefully, Xiaomi will release the update to resolve the issue soon, but you can reset your device if you have a backup to resolve the issue.
In addition, you can install the latest Android Auto update to see if the issue is resolved. Of course, you can uninstall the update and install your current version if things don’t work out. You can follow our social media platforms to know when the update is available.
