Xiaomi MIUI has evolved over the years to become more stable and optimized. With MIUI 14, the company reached a milestone in terms of performance, but we still get minor issues after each upgrade. Perhaps, the reason why the company has recruited beta testers is to detect these bugs on time to fix them.
According to the latest MIUI weekly bug report, users are experiencing Camera issues, Second Sim not detected, and some are having problems with daylight savings. While the company is working with beta testers to address these bugs, we have highlighted the progress made and when a fix will arrive in this post.
Camera issues
Xiaomi Redmi 10C owners are experiencing Camera issues after upgrading to MIUI 14.0.2.0 TGEMIXM, MIUI 14.0.1.0 TGEINXM, and MIUI 14.0.2.0 TGEEUXM. The issue is being worked on, and we believe a fixed build should start rolling out soon. Meanwhile, you can perform a factory reset to get your camera working fine. Before doing that, make sure to have your data backed up.
The second Sim not detected
Xiaomi 13 Pro users are reporting issues with their second Sim after upgrading to MIUI 14.0.9.0 TMBINXM. A fixed build (MIUI 14.0.10.0 TMBINXM) has been rolled out to Beta testers. The company is waiting for feedback and will release the update to everyone if the issue has been resolved.
Daylight Savings Time Issues
The Daylight saving issues are affecting all the Xiaomi phones available in Egypt. The bug is also exclusive to all versions of MIUI in that country. However, the company is already working on a solution and will roll out a fix soon.
