A unique tradition of Google (and probably Samsung) is how high-end features are rolled out to the smartphones lower in the lineup – this is something you don’t see from other Android OEMs or it’s rather rare. The Direct My call feature is now made available on the Google Pixel 6 series.
When you call a business using an automated menu via Direct My Call, the phone displays each choice as it is announced by the pre-recorded operator. Before the automated operator begins speaking, the improved version of Direct My Call on the Pixel 7 will provide the menu selections for a specific firm. Google obtains this information from Pixel users who previously dialed the same number and sent the information to the search giant. It surely saves time.

Earlier today, an individual at PhoneArena woke up to the enhanced version of the Direct My Call feature on his Google Pixel 6 Pro. The feature was turned on by default and he will be able to see the menu options before they’re announced. This will allow him to choose an option before the automated recording starts.
As mentioned earlier, the Direct My Call feature (currently made available to the Google Pixel 6) is not the only high-end feature that was rolled out to the lineup. There’s the Magic Eraser and many others that are expected, some of which are the Photo Unblur, Face Unlock, and Clear Calling although the Clear Calling and Face Unlock might require the second-gen tensor. That said, Google might still have a way to bypass the protocols.
