The Google camera app (Gcam 8.0) debuted a couple of weeks ago. It came pre-installed on Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G but has since made it to non-Pixel phones in the form of Gcam mod 8.0. The V8.0 came along with fascinating features and has now made its way to older Pixel phones. They are getting an updated version, which adds other features in from of Gcam 8.1. As expected, Developers over there at XDA have released a Gcam mod 8.1 for non-Pixel phones, which brings the below features.

With the latest Gcam mod 8.1, designed by XDA senior member Urnyx05, you can enjoy all these features on your Xiaomi phones. According to our source, the Gcam mod 8.1 will work on many non-Pixel phones. From the feedback, the app works fine on these Xiaomi phones but crashes when slow-motion is enabled.
