Redmi Note 9S keeps the glossy glass design introduced with the Note 7 series. The back panel has a reflective 3D Gorilla glass 5, which also comes off the front panel. There, is a dot display surrounded by narrow bezels. Around the back is a Quad-camera lens arranged in a square bump with the Dual-LED flash secured beneath. The fingerprint changes position this time and has been integrated into the power button while the volume rocker sits few inches up.

Also, you get enhanced gaming on low power consumption, thanks to the 5th generation Qualcomm AI Engine. Outside-of-the-box, the device runs Android 10 based on MIUI.
