Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 paired with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage. There’s a quad camera sensor at the back consisting of 50MP sensors. The primary camera is a 1-inch Sony LTY-900 shooter, while the front camera is a single 32 MP shooter.
The device runs Android 14 on top of HyperOS outside of the box while power is delivered from a 5300mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. It can charge wireless at 80W and reverse charge at 10W.
