The Korean tech giant, Samsung, will pass for the fastest rollout in terms of Android 13 deployment, second only to Google(as they are the makers of the software). Well, the Android 14 is coming soon(of which the brand mentions that the rollout will be faster) and Samsung continues rolling out the OneUI 5.
