Xiaomi continues to optimize its device performance and stability with the HyperOS 2.1 update. The rollout brings new features while resolving bugs but seems exclusive to premium phones. We believe the POCO F6 Pro fits that category as the update starts rolling out for global users.

POCO F6 Pro HyperOS 2.1 update is rolling out for global units, but only limited users are getting the update for preview. It will take a few weeks before the public rollout commences. Of course, that’s in the absence of any serious bug, which we doubt there will be any, as we haven’t seen any report.
Details of the Global POCO F6 Pro HyperOS 2.1 update
The update is rolling out with version number OS2.0.100.0. VNKMIXM and weighs 0.92GB. It addresses the Frame Drop and stuttering issues in Honor of Kings. Also, Recents could not be cleared in some cases and permissions icons in the status bar flickered.

How to download the Global POCO F6 Pro HyperOS 2.1 update
While it’s a stable beta release, you can install the Recovery ROM manually. Xiaomi has uploaded it to the server. However, ensure you backup your files before installing the upgrade. Also, you are on the latest HyperOS 2 build.
