With the next iteration of MIUI (MIUI 13.5) on the horizon, we expect a swift rollout of the stable MIUI 13 update to focus on the next build. Xiaomi has been doing just that, perhaps extending the rollout to more regions, which is the case of the global Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite stable MIUI 13 update. However, it’s a limited release pending the outcome of the beta preview.
Xiaomi released the stable MIUI 13 update to the Mi 10T Lite users in Europe a couple of days ago and has now followed it up with a release to the global users. The update seeding for the global users has a version number MIUI 13.0.1.0 SJSMIXM. It brings features of the current iteration of MIUI and has pushed the Android OS version to Android 12. Unfortunately, the security patch could only be bumped to February, although most phones are already on the March patch.
Nevertheless, the global Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite stable MIUI 13 update has introduced fascinating features. It brought a sidebar and widget and added interesting crystallization super wallpapers. The new control center is exclusive to select Chinese phones, but you can enable that using this link here. Aside from the few changes, the update has improved the stability of MIUI and has enhanced security.
If you’re running the global ROM, you can check for the update via the updater app. Otherwise, you can use the link below this post and download the ROM for manual installation.
