Here’s the crux of the matter: the Xbox November update is here and it’s rolling out to the Xbox One and Xbox X/S series. What’s impressive about this software is the slew of features it brings with the Discord enhancement leading the package. Xbox Insiders got to test the Discord voice chat months ago after which Microsoft rolled out the software in September. However, Xbox users never got to enjoy this feature as you have to go through a cumbersome process to equip the feature.
Now(via the Xbox November update), the process is streamlined and users can join in on various Discord channels without having to go through Xbox mobile apps or Discord apps. Users of the Xbox One and Xbox X/S series can access the feature by navigating to Parties & Chat > Discord and then picking a voice channel.
Meanwhile, in addition to this tweak, the Xbox X/S series users get the Noise suppression feature for blocking background noises. But that’s not all with the Xbox November update. We’ve also got sales notification and wishlist gifting via Microsoft Store, a new Captures app, new console power options, the ability to Livestream right from the console, controller rumble support, a recommendations guide, a revamped UI, and an Ask to Join game option.
