Hidden app feature missing as Green line issues after upgrade is still affecting users

Every week, Xiaomi releases its MIUI bug report to highlight issues affecting Xiaomi phones and the progress made in solving them. The latest report focuses on the Hidden app feature while Xiaomi 11T Pro users are still experiencing Green Line issues after an upgrade.

Hidden app feature

Like other Android skin, MIUI has its flaws. Although Xiaomi has managed to improve the stability and fluidity of MIUI, we still see some issues after a new update, which is inevitable. However, the green line issue seems to be a general issue with other smartphone brands like Samsung and OnePlus, also having the display problem.

Nevertheless, Xiaomi says they are working on a fix, but we believe replacing the affected display is the best way to resolve the issue. Below, we have listed all the bugs affecting Xiaomi phones, as reported in the latest MIUI bug report.

The hidden app feature missing

Like the Redmi Note 10, which was missing the second space feature when released, users are missing the hidden app feature on their Redmi 12 5G. The bug is exclusive to India builds – MIUI 14.0.2.0 TMWINXM and MIUI 14.0.3.0 TMQINXM. Xiaomi is currently working on it to release a fix.

Green line issue after upgrade on Xiaomi 11T Pro

As reported last week, Xiaomi 11T Pro users are reporting green lines on their phones after upgrading to MIUI 14.0.4.0 TKDINXM, MIUI 14.0.3.0 TKDMIXM, MIUI 14.0.3.0 TKDIDXM. Unfortunately, there’s no fix yet as the company continues to work on one. Nevertheless, you can visit the Xiaomi service center to have your screen replaced, which is how to solve the problem.

Issues to be fixed in upcoming updates:

Can’t hear others voice [POCO M6 Pro 5G]
No sound from BT device [Mi 11 Lite]
Pops up “Overheating” warning [Redmi 12 5G]
