How to Activate Your Payaccount Card

To activate your new Payaccount Card, follow the steps below:

  • Visit the login page at https://payaccount.io/login.
  • Login using your 16-digit card number, your CVV (the 3-digit number on the back of the card), and your 4-digit unique access code. You can find the access code on the carrier, which is the paper your card came attached to.
  • Once logged in, locate the “card status” button and click on it. Change the status from “ready” to “active”.
  • Hit the “submit” button to activate your card. Your Payaccount Card is now ready to use.

If you need additional assistance, you can call the number on the back of your card and press 0 to speak to an agent.

How to Check Your Card Balance

To check your Payaccount Card balance, follow these steps:

  • Log into your account at https://payaccount.io/login.
  • Enter the following information:
    • 16-digit card number
    • Access code (a 4-digit activation code provided in the instructions that came with your card)
    • CVV (the 3-digit number on the back of the card)
  • Once you have provided the necessary information, you will be able to retrieve your prepaid card balance.

Using Your Card Online for Transactions

To use your Payaccount Card for online transactions, follow these steps:

  • Go to the card redemption page on the website.
  • Enter the requested information, including your first and last name, mailing address, and contact number.

Please note that if your card is for a one-time promotional offer, it may not allow you to process recurring or split transactions.

Lost or Stolen Card

If you have lost your Payaccount Card or it has been stolen, please contact the company that issued the card directly to request a replacement. Once the replacement is requested, you can expect to receive the new card within 10 business days. Cardholder Support is unable to assist cardholders directly with lost or stolen cards. You can find the website printed on the back of your card to access your personal card account details.
