HTC flagship phone might be launching soon according to a Geekbench listing

The HTC brand is that brand that everyone has thought to be in caves, hibernating with very little probability of the brand coming out. Well, the brand is giving us a shocker as we’re set to receive an HTC flagship phone with quite impressive features.

Details of this HTC flagship phone

Features of the HTC Flagship phone came in via a Geekbench listing. For all we know, the HTC flagship phone is named HTC U23 Pro phone. The HTC U brand was previously reserved for flagship phones, and we have no reason to assume that has changed. Particularly considering it has the Pro affix. So, skip to one of the most interesting parts – what the Geekbench listing says.

First off, the processor of the HTC flagship phone. The CPU is an octa-core with a clock speed of 2.4 GHz. This appears to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1; the specs match, but the results don’t line up with other phones with that CPU that have gone through Geekbench. The HTC U23 Pro performed somewhat better in the Single Core test and slightly worse in the Multi-Core test than the typical Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 phone.

But let’s say it’s a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, which was released in 2022 and is intended for use in more affordable gaming phones. Qualcomm packed it with all of its technology for quick touch response, spatial audio, isolated voice recording, and exquisite haptics, but omitted certain bells and whistles from the camera department and performance cores to keep it inexpensive.

Further down the specifications list, we discover that this alleged HTC U23 Pro has 12 GB of RAM, confirming our idea that this will be a flagship-type handset. Well, as regards the launch date of the HTC Flagship phone, it’s still in the air. However, it should be very close – I mean, we’ve got a Geekbench listing.
