Pixel phones start getting January 2024 Google Play system update
The January 2024 Google Play system update has started rolling out again. It is widely rolling out, meaning all the eligible Pixel phones are getting the update after it was pulled due to bugs.
It’s the second time Google is rolling out the latest Play System update to Pixel phones. The initial release was halted due to the storage access issue, but that seems to have been resolved. Google is now rolling out the update with a fix for the bug to affected users and a fresh update to those installing for the first time.

It’s a 75MB package on the Pixel 6 Pro, and you can download it from Settings>>Security & Privacy>>System & Updates>>Google Play system update. After downloading the update, reboot your device to complete the installation.
