It’s been a busy time for Xiaomi developers as so many devices need to be updated. The busy schedule hasn’t got them all focused on the MIUI 12 update, but also rolling out updates based on MIUI 11, which is commendable, at least for now, until a stable MIUI 12 is available for every compatible device.
The MIUI 12 update is expected to hit Mi Note 10 very soon with Xiaomi already making plans to start the second phase of the rollout. They’ve started seeding a beta version of the update to the popular Xiaomi phone, Redmi Note 8 Pro, which is on the second wave of the deployment. With that, we expect the stable version of the update to start arriving in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro is getting a new stable update based on MIUI 11. The update is arriving for both the EEA and Global users with a build number, MIUI 11.1.2.0 QFDEUXM, and MIUI 11.1.3.0 QFDMIXM, respectively.

System
- Updated Android security patch to June 2020
- Improved system security
The latest Mi Note 10 Pro update bumps the security patch level to June and improves the device security. It also comes with stable Android 10, and hence, if you’re still running Android 9 Pie, expect a bigger update in the region of 2.0GB.
As usual, the update will be arriving in batches and is to enable the company to pull it back in case of any serious issue. However, you can manually download the update and flash via Recovery. Follow the source link and download the update.
To flash the ROM via Recovery, move the file to your device’s internal storage. Head over to the Updater app and click on the three dots at the top right, click on select update package. Look for the ROM you downloaded and select. The device will perform some checks, after which the flashing will start.
