The Latest Redmi Note 7 update is now arriving for everyone. The update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.9.0 PFGINXM and weighs 696MB. It’s a global stable update and will progressively arrive at all compatible devices via OTA.

Meanwhile, the Chinese version of Note 7 has been on a close Beta testing for Android 10 for some time now.
