Xiaomi, in the last couple of weeks now, has been pushing a stable MIUI update to a good number of their phones. Xiaomi Mi 8 is among the phones that got the Stable update based on Android 10 along with Mi 8 Lite, which left a few bugs. Now, the latest Xiaomi Mi 8 update is here to fix all the bugs introduced by the last update, and hopefully, Mi 8 Lite will get a new update soon.
The new update is coming along with a version number MIUI 11.0.7.0 QEACNXM and weighs 430MB. It’s based on Android 10. If you haven’t upgraded to Android 10 yet, then the package will be bigger than what we have here, but you should go ahead and download it.

The units receiving the stable build are Chinese variants. If you’re running Chinese ROM on your device, then head over to the updater app and scan for a new update. As for global users, they’ll receive the update in a few days, and don’t forget to leave feedback via the comment section after updating.
Xiaomi launched the Mi 8 in 2018. It runs Android Oreo outside-of-the-box but has since updated to Android Pie and it’s not running Android 10. The device has a 6.2-inch display and SD 845 Octa-Core processor with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM.
