Xiaomi is now sending out a stable Android 11 update to the Mi 10 Pro users in Europe, just a few hours after the POCO F2 Pro started receiving the update in that Region. Both rollouts are currently limited since it’s still a beta build, but it should be stable enough in the coming days for public rollout to commence. Nevertheless, we have added a download link for you to manually download and install the Mi 10 Pro Android 11 update in Europe, but first, read the Note below.
The Mi 10 Pro Android 11 update in Europe, meanwhile, is coming with a version number, MIUI 12.2.1.0 RJAEUXM, and weighs in at 2.8GB. As per the changelog, the update brings just a stable MIUI based on Android 11. Of course, all the features baked inside Android 11 have all been introduced by this latest build as well. However, it could only bump the security patch level to October 2020, which is rather disappointing. Even the entry-level Redmi 9 has received the November security patch, but we expect a new security patch update to arrive soon.
The update will arrive via OTA, but first to selected users, that’ll test the build for bugs. After the preview phase, the update is going to start arriving for everyone, but you can follow the link below and download.
Note:
This update is a cross-section Android upgrade and might cause heating and other performance issues after you update. Also, some third-party apps are not yet compatible with Android 11, and you might not be able to use them. The device performance, however, is going to Improve when it adapts to the new Android version, but you can speed up things by performing a factory reset.
