For some reason, Xiaomi has left two of its most popular smartphones: Redmi Note 8 and POCO F1, without MIUI 12. The latter, though, is currently receiving a beta MIUI 12 update in China, but that is only available for closed beta testers. And because the POCO F1 wasn’t sold in China, hence, it’s not among the device on closed beta testing in that region. The users have waited for the update for months, but it seems the time for the update to arrive is here.
Meanwhile, a couple of days ago, beta testers were selected for the device. It was expected that the update would arrive a few days after that, but the rollout was postponed. However, according to a new report, the MIUI 12 beta stable update for POCO F1 might be released this month. But don’t hope for that as the update might again be delayed. It is said to be because of a stability issue and some bugs that have caused the delay.
Nevertheless, we hope everything goes well this month, which will see the MIUI 12 Beta stable update for POCO F1 starts arriving for Mi Pilots. The stable version will be released after the beta preview, which will last for 2-3 weeks or more.
