Xiaomi, in a couple of weeks, has rolled out the Android 11-based MIUI 12 update to a bunch of phones in its stables. The POCO F2 Pro was among the first few to receive the update before it extended to high mid-range phones. That saw the Redmi Note 9 Pro received the Android 11 update but still under testing as more people are yet to receive the update. But unlike others, the POCO F2 Pro has already received more than two Android 11 builds, and this current one should be the fourth build aimed at global users.
The new Android 11-based MIUI 12 update for POCO F2 Pro is arriving in a 2.9GB package. It has a version number, MIUI 12.2.4.0 RJKMIXM, and comes with the December security patch. Also arriving with the update is new camera functions and optimization for the Vlog mode. You’d notice other changes and system optimizations that are part of the Android 11 features.
Meanwhile, only a few selected users will receive the update, but it should be available for more people in the coming days. However, you can make use of the link below to download the update and flash manually. But Note that the build is a “Beta Stable” and might contain bugs. That can be corrected by performing a factory reset, and hence, make sure to backup your device installing the update.
