The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro might be one year already, but the update never stops coming. It was among the first few Xiaomi phones to receive the Android 11 update with the vanilla version – Mi 10. However, the build arrived with an outdated security patch, which the company is now bumping to the current version with the new stable update for the global Mi 10 Pro.

Of course, the new update is based on Android 11. But as usual, it’ll only arrive for limited users. These selected few will test the build for bugs, and it is expected to last for a few days. After that, Xiaomi will release the update to the public, and that’s when it might appear on your device. The new stable update for the global Mi 10 Pro is hitting eligible users with a version number – MIUI 12.2.5.0 RJAMIXM. It comes in at 718MB package and could only bump security patch level to January 2021. However, it optimized the system security and stability while fortifying the device for a seamless migration to MIUI 12.5. According to the global release plan, the Mi 10 series will receive the update in April, which is a few weeks from today. Hence, it’s recommended that you install the latest update to keep your device on the latest patch level.

The European models of the Mi 10 Pro starts pushing a new stable update with a version number, MIUI 12.2.6.0 RJAEUXM. It comes with new features and optimization, but will only arrive for Beta testers at the moment. Nevertheless, you can download from here: Recovery | OTA (Apply from v12.2.5.0)
