A few minutes after Mi A3 started receiving the long-awaited November patch, Xiaomi has also released the November security patch update for the Mi A2 Lite. However, unlike the former, only those running the global ROM are receiving the update and will appear on all eligible devices very soon.
The update is arriving with a version number, V11.0.14.0 QDLMIXM, and is arriving over the air (OTA). Of course, it’s based on Android 10. Besides, the OS support for the device came to an end when it received the Android 10 update a couple of months ago. The device is going to receive just security patch updates , of which that of November is currently seeding.
As usual, the update comes along with system improvement and optimization as well as bug fixes. Unfortunately, it hasn’t fixed any of the bugs left by the Android 10 update but did improve security and stability, which is enough reason to download and install the update when prompted. It’s a public rollout, and as such, we expect everyone to receive the update very soon via OTA.
Meanwhile, for those running unofficial ROM and have TWRP Recovery installed, you can download the recovery ROM using the link below. We also added a link for the Fastboot and OTA ROM but make sure to choose the correct ROM for your device.
