The sleek wearable from the Big G, Google Pixel Watch has some ups and downs to its name given many of the rumours that have since surfaced online. Well, some other rumours have surfaced about the smartwatch – Google’s Pixel Watch Price as well as the colour options.
Details of Google’s Pixel Watch Price and colour options
According to sources, Google’s Pixel Watch Price will start at $349.99 – for the WiFi/Bluetooth model of this smartwatch – to $399 for the LTE model counterpart. Speaking of colour options, the WiFi colour option gets three colourways Gold/Hazel, Silver/Chalk, and Black/Obsidian. The colourways remain the same for the LTE model of the Google Pixel Watch, however, the Silver/Chalk is substituted with Silver/Charcoal. (The first colour signifies the device body while the second signifies the band).
Google’s Pixel Watch Price is a disappointment in a way compared to what its competitors are offering. For reference, we have the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 which starts at $279 for the 40mm up to $309 for the 44mm. The Watch 5 is providing a good value for money given its impressive features like the long battery life, Sapphire display and sleek software too.
The Pixel Watch on the other hand is said to be debuting with an old chip – precisely a 2018 chip – short battery life and some features that might bore many, although this watch still shows some potential for connectivity, charging cable, and software.
That said, Google’s Pixel Watch price is still a turn-off and will have a hard time selling out since most new watches – like the Samsung Galaxy – offer a lot more things for value. Well, will these features change or rather be enhanced to boost sales? We can’t answer this question until the wearable is revealed alongside the Pixel 7 at the hardware event coming soon.
