POCO F3 is among the first phones to receive the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5. The build arrived ahead of schedule and had a setback that delayed the public rollout. Few users, after upgrading, encountered random reboots, but that has since been fixed. And perhaps, that has been sorted out on the POCO F3 Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5 in Europe. According to a recent report, the update is now available for select users in that region.
It was only a matter of time before the POCO F3 Enhanced Edition in Europe start seeding. The update has now been released to Mi Pilots for preview before it starts seeding for the public. And given the experience with the global rollout, we recommend that you give the build some days before upgrading. Perhaps, wait for feedback before upgrading your device to the Enhanced Edition.
Meanwhile, the update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.6.0 RKHEUXM. It has improved performance while ensuring more life between charges by introducing some features. They include Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Focused Algorithm, and Smart Balance. Aside from the new features, the update fixed multiple bugs affecting the lock screen, status bar, and Notification Shade. It has also bumped the Android security patch level to increase system security and stability.
There are new additions and optimizations – a new fingerprint option. The algorithm for displaying incoming call notifications and third-party theme compatibility for notification shade has been optimized. Dark mode has also been adjusted for notifications.
