POCO X3 GT MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition released globally

The latest device to receive the current MIUI build is the POCO X3 GT. It’s a reworked Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G for the global market. Although the latter has since received the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5, Xiaomi has just released the POCO X3 GT MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update. Even with the late release, it’s still a limited rollout, meaning it will take some time before hitting all eligible units.

POCO X3 GT MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update

Xiaomi has been tipped to unveil the next iteration of MIUI in its launch event scheduled for December 16. The event will see the release of Xiaomi 12, and it is expected to run MIUI 13 outside of the box. After the official unveiling, we expect the closed beta testers to start pushing the build, and that’s probably the reason for the swift MIUI 12.5 Enhanced release. The company looks to finalize the rollout before the official release of MIUI 13 in the coming weeks. Hence, the POCO X3 GT MIUI 12.5 Enhanced update has been released to global users, and we expect a wider rollout in the coming days.

The update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 12.5.7.0 RKPMIXM and weighs 500MB. As expected, it comes with Atomized Memory, Liquid Storage, Focused Algorithm, and Smart Balance. These features supposedly improve performance and promise more life between charges. Also, the Memory Extension function has been enabled, and you can check for it via this link.

Again, the rollout is limited and might take days before getting to your phone. However, you can still check the updater app or use the link below to download if you opt for manual installation.
