Xiaomi sub-brand, POCO, recently released the POCO X3 NFC on the global market. It took the now popular smartphone just 72 hours to cross 100,000 sales, thanks to the affordable price and value for money specs. And according to a recent report, the device is about to take a trip to India.
The POCO X3 will arrive in India on September 22 with few enhancements, and just exactly six days to the launch, the device has been spotted on Google Play Console listing. The device, which is codenamed karna, and has a model number M2007J20CI.
Surprisingly, the chip listed on Console is the Snapdragon 730 SoC, but a quick stopover at Geekbench shows the karna and surya ( codename for the POCO X3 NFC) scores are almost on par. Hence, it’s the Snapdragon 732G that runs on both phones.
The most notable thing on the listing is the improved RAM, which is now upgraded to 8GB. Recall that the current RAM on the POCO X3 is 6GB, which is offered in two memory variants. It’s still unclear if the ROM will be upgraded as well, but according to a tipster, the battery capacity will slightly improve from 5160mAh.
Other features of the device are a display of 1080 x 2400p resolution and a 440ppi screen density. As expected, it will run stable Android 10 based on MIUI 12 outside of the box. Other specs remain the same with the global variant, and you can check it out here.
