POCO F3 to receive stable Android 13 as the update starts seeding for Redmi K40

The latest iteration of MIUI is on the second wave of rollout, and more devices are expected to get the much-anticipated upgrade with Android 13. As expected, the Redmi K40 Android 13-based MIUI 14 update is currently rolling out in China, meaning POCO F3 users will get the upgrade soon.

The Redmi K40 is the Chinese version of POCO F3, hence, we expect the former to start getting the upgrade to Android 13 with MIUI 14 soon. We expect the update to bring all the features, including optimizations and bug fixes.

Meanwhile, the Redmi K40 Android 13-based MIUI 14 update is seeding with a version number MIUI 14.0.4.0 TKHCNXM and weighs 3.8GB. According to the changelog, the update has introduced the Photon Engine, Improved Privacy, Interconnectivity, and more.

Interestingly, there’s a new widget format that supports more combinations on the screen, while the super icon ensures a lively screen. Search in the settings app is more advanced, and the device supports wireless card readers after the upgrade. You can check for the complete changes here.
