It has been days since Xiaomi started rolling out the global HyperOS update ahead of the Q1 2024 scheduled date. The update has arrived for a handful of phones, including mid-range and entry-level phones, and it does not look like the company is slowing down, with the Redmi Note 12 5G HyperOS update on the horizon.
Xiaomi has released the HyperOS update to the Redmi Note 12S, Redmi Note 12 NFC, Redmi Note 12 4G, and now, the Redmi Note 12 5G HyperOS update is ready. Of course, it will arrive with a stable Android 14 and a new Android security patch level to increase system security and stability. Also, the update will deliver all the anticipated features.
Meanwhile, when the Redmi Note 12 5G HyperOS starts rolling out, it will arrive with a version number OS1.0.2.0.UMQEUXM. From the build number, it means the rollout will start with the European users before making its way to global models. So far, there is no news about the Indian release, but we expect the rollout to start in the region soon.
