Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Android 14 HyperOS update is the latest to start rolling out. The device debuted early this year, running Android 13 on top of MIUI 14, with Xiaomi promising to upgrade it to the latest Android OS soon. As expected, the update is now rolling out but exclusive to those in India.
It has only been a few days since Xiaomi announced its HyperOS rollout plan for India, which has the Redmi Note 13 series on it. The device is now getting the much-anticipated upgrade, but only a few people in India are getting the update, pending the outcome of the preview. It takes about two weeks to complete a beta test before a build starts rolling out for everyone, and we expect the same for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G users in India.
Meanwhile, the update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.3.0.UNOINXM and weighs about 5.6GB. It brings all the expected features while bumping the Android security patch level to February 2024 to increase system security. We expect a new update soon to bring the Match security patch, which is already available for the Redmi Note 13 NFC.
While waiting for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Android 14 HyperOS update, ensure you have a locked bootloader. Also, check all the reported HyperOS and remember to back up your data before the installation.
