Xiaomi released the current iteration of MIUI to the Redmi Note 8 2022 in February. The update arrived for the global users, and after a couple of weeks, they are bringing it to Europe. According to reports, the Redmi Note 8 2021 stable MIUI 13 update is available for select users.
With the next iteration of already in sight and Google about to start the Android 13 betas next month, it makes sense that Xiaomi finalizes the current rollout to focus on what’s coming. It comes with the March security patch while pushing the Android OS version to Android 12.
