Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs seen for the first time

Well, months go by and we get closer to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+. Fortunately, we’ve got the official designs after a lot of different design propositions. There isn’t too much of a strange thing with the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs, let’s take a look.

First off, the camera. The camera seen in the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs is likened to that on the S22 Ultra. Each camera sensor bears its hollow structure, no more the islands that group camera sensors together. Although this feature was present on just the S22 Ultra, it seems it will be spreading to all the Samsung Galaxy S23 family.

As regards display, there isn’t anything new – still the full display and a centred hole punch that bears the selfie camera – however, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ will be a bit bigger than the S22+ at the same 6.6 inches but 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6mm different from the latter which has dimensions 157.4 x 75.8 x 7.6 mm. This leak doesn’t speak much of the inner compartments but let’s take a look at the previous rumours.

Apart from the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs

As for the chipset, it is either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or the Exynos 2300, although the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 should be more likely, given its improvements and efficiency boost. I mean, Samsung wouldn’t want to leave out a Cortex-X3 core, two cortex-A720 cores, and two cortex-A710 cores, alongside three Cortex-A510 cores out of this much-anticipated flagship.

And as for software, the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ should be getting the OneUI 5 based on Android 13 out of the box. Well, thanks to the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ designs, we have a clearer look at these smartphones. Meanwhile, details of the camera among others remain in a grey area. However, as soon as we get any, we’ll keep you posted.
