Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic appear in different colors

More leaks on the next generation of Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, and Watch 6 Classic. This set of wearables was spotted with different colors – supposedly the hues they’ll be debuting with.

What we know of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 series

According to the source, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 will be available in silver, black, and beige color options, and it will come in two sizes: 40mm and 44mm. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will be available in 43mm and 47mm sizes, with black and silver as the color variants. It is possible that Samsung may introduce additional color options in the future. Both smartwatches will offer 5 ATM water-resistance and LTE connectivity, thanks to the use of Sapphire Crystal Glass by Samsung.

Based on the provided photographs, the LTE variant of the Galaxy Watch 6 in the 40mm size will have the model designation SM-R935F, while the 44mm model will be designated as SM-R945F. The non-LTE version of the 44mm variant will have the model number SM-R940.

For the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, the 43mm size with LTE connectivity will be designated as SM-R955F, and the non-LTE version will have the model number SM-R950. Both the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic will be powered by the Exynos W930 SoC, with the Classic variant featuring a physical rotating bezel. The Classic model is also shown with leather straps and a normal pin buckle in the provided mockups, although earlier leaked pictures showed it with a silicone band and a magnetic clasp.

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Unpacked event will take place in late July, with rumors pointing to July 26 as a potential date. As the event approaches, more information about the Galaxy Watch 6 series is expected to be revealed.
