The Mi A3 remains one of Xiaomi’s most popular smartphones to date. The device is part of the company’s Android One project, which has been suspended for the time being. It’s still unclear if we are going to see the Mi A-series in the future, but that hasn’t stopped the support coming for the existing models.
A couple of days ago, the Mi A2 Lite received the September security patch. It was expected that within a few days the update will start rolling out to the Mi A3 as well. Well, that didn’t take long as Xiaomi has released the September security update for the Mi A3.
The update is arriving for the Global users with a version number, V11.0.21.0 QFQMIXM. It weighs in at 36.63 and is said to improve system performance and bugs fixes. In reality, the update hasn’t fixed any of the previous bugs, at least, going by the comment on the Mi community forum.
And luckily, unlike previous updates that arrived on the device, the September security patch update for the Mi A3 didn’t break anything. The update is safe to download, and you should download once prompted, or follow the link below to download.
As for improvement, there hasn’t been any, but you can follow it up using the source link. Also, if you are running the latest build, we would like to know your experience using the comment section.
