The Android 13 is having a fast timeline and it was interesting at every release. Well, the software season is gradually coming to an end as we’ve had the Android 13 QPR1 beta, after which is the Android 14. But before that, Samsung has got the stable Android 13-based OneUI 5 for Galaxy S21.
The stable Android 13-based OneUI 5 arrived on the flagship Galaxy S22 after it had had a series of beta releases – the same goes for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series. This stable OneUI 5 for Galaxy S21 is following a series of beta releases that has rolled out to this smartphone.
There isn’t anything new in the stable OneUI 5 for Galaxy S21. We should be expecting all the features from the previous OneUI 5, although with stability as the name goes. However, the changelog mentioned a few things to expect on installing the update.
According to the update changelog, the update brings in better personalization and customisation, a new visual design( this includes new apps and icons, bigger icons which make them easier to find, better contrast and a consistent feel across the Galaxy S21), smoother animation, transition effects and other UI enhancements among many other interesting features.

The stable OneUI 5 for Galaxy S21 should be rolled out widely – to many regions this time – since this smartphone has gotten few beta releases before now. If the update hasn’t gotten to your device, you should be patient as you will get a notification when it’s available. Meanwhile, you can navigate to Settings, Software Updates, and then download and install.
