Just recently, Samsung itself released details of the new Exynos 1280 chipset even though it had debuted on some Samsung devices.

Some of the tweaks were Muktar Sharma revealing that the Galaxy Z fold 4 was going to debut with new S-pen support and then the other tipster, Esper’s Mishaal Rahman discovered a new self-share feature on Google’s nearby share which will enable users to share files without approvals. Let’s get into the tips about the new Exynos 1280 chipset shared by Samsung

Details of the new Exynos 1280 chipset

The amazing Exynos 1280 chipset is present in the Galaxy A53, M33, and A33 though we expect the chipset to debut with other mid-range phones in the coming months. One thing that will be a major selling point of the Exynos 1280 is the fact that it supports 5G as the built-in modem can connect to both mmwave 5G and sub-6GHz.

The new Exynos 1280 chipset is built on a 5-nanometer EUV process in combination with four Cortex A78 cores and four Cortex A55 cores and uses the ARM Mali G66 graphics. It also supports a full HD display of 120hz and an image sensor that supports 108 megapixels as well as 40k@30FPS video recording.

Although we shouldn’t expect the Exynos chipset to debut on other phone brands’ devices like the Xiaomi or Motorola as the chipset is rarely present in handsets apart from Samsung.
