Xiaomi phones are still getting Android 14 with HyperOS, with the update rolling out for the 11T Pro in India and globally. Both rollouts are exclusive to Mi Pilots members and will take some time before it becomes available for everyone. However, you can install the Recovery ROM with an authorized Mi Beta account.
The initial Xiaomi 11T Pro Android 14 HyperOS update had some issues and was rolled back. We believe the problem has been resolved when the company resumed the rollout in Europe a couple of days ago. As expected, those in India and Global are getting the much-anticipated upgrade, but we recommend backing up your data before installation.
The update is rolling out with version numbers OS1.0.2.0.UKDINXM and OS1.0.2.0.UKDMIXM for India and Global users, respectively. It weighs 5.2 GB and comes with all the expected features while pushing the Android security patch level to April 2024. Of course, there’s a stable HyperOS based on Android 14.
Meanwhile, it will take a few days before the Xiaomi 11T Pro Android 14 HyperOS arrives for everyone, but you can download the Recovery ROM and install it manually. It can only work if you have a locked Bootloader and an authorized Mi Beta account.
