Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch date officially confirmed
There have been rumors of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra launching this month, and the company has officially confirmed the date. The device, which has received much hype for its camera prowess, will launch on April 18, 2023.
The last few weeks have seen details of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra surface on the internet with more emphasis on the camera. While the details of the camera sensors are relatively unknown, we expect to learn about all of that after that launch event.
Meanwhile, the official poster revealed some of the camera features. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will continue the Xiaomi 12S Ultra trend of a big rear camera bump. But unlike the latter, the former will feature a Quad camera setup and dual LED flash. The main sensor will likely feature a 50MP 1″ Sony IMX989 sensor, while the Ultra-wide and telephoto shooters will also feature a 50MP sensor.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra event is named ” A Shot Above” in collaboration with Leica. It’s scheduled on April 18, 2023, in China at 9:00 local time, which is 4:30 PM in India and noon in the UK.
