A new Xiaomi Mi 11 stable MIUI 13 and Android 12 update available in Europe. Download below…
The Xiaomi Mi 11 – the company’s flagship device of last year – is supposed to receive the stable MIUI 13 update shortly after the release. That didn’t happen as Xiaomi started the rollout with mid-range phones and has continued pushing the update to devices in that segment. However, it seems time has come for the company to release the update to its high-end phones globally as the European models of the Mi 11 start grabbing the update.
As usual, the Xiaomi Mi 11 stable MIUI 13 and Android 12 update is exclusive to Mi Pilots. Interestingly, Xiaomi is recruiting a new group of people into its Beta Testers program, and you can follow this link to join. These groups of people test stable updates before their public release. It usually takes a couple of days, and hopefully, everyone will start getting the update in the coming days for those using Mi 11 in Europe.
The update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 13.0.1.0 SKBEUXM. It’s based on Android 11 and comes along with features of the current iteration of MIUI. Hence, there has been an introduction of new widgets, wallpapers, sidebar, and a revamped control center. Also, performance has been optimized, while stability has improved. However, there have been a few issues reported after upgrading to MIUI 13, and you can check them out here before upgrading.
For now, there’s no news when the global users will start getting the update. However, we anticipate the rollout soon, given the release in Europe. To know when the update goes live, you might consider following our tracker page.
