Xiaomi MI Mix 3 Android 10 update arrived in China towards the end of last year but remained in the country until this time. The Xiaomi flagship, which debuted running Android 9 stable, is finally getting the Android 10 update Globally.
The update is arriving with a build number MIUI 11.0.3.0 QEEMIXM and weighs 2.0G. it comes with stable MIUI based on Android 10, along with Android Security Patch for February. Other changes include bug fixes and System Optimization, you can see them on the Changelog below.

Cant open the system launcher
You can try using POCO launcher till we get a permanent fix for that. You can also try a soft factory reset, It might work.
